The Consultancy Fees shall depend upon the purchase order issued by You and invoices raised by Us, for any of the services You wish to avail.

=> Refund/Return Policy

The VNB Technologies Pvt Ltd does not offer any money-back guarantee in any circumstances. You agree and understand that you shall not be entitled to any refund for any purchase made on the App/Website for any of our services.

=> Payments

Payment has to be made in Whole or lump-sum through various payment methods we have available, such as Debit card, Credit card, MasterCard, or online payment methods such as Google pay, Phone pay, BHIM.

Payment through cards (credit cards or debit cards) is subject to validation checks and authorization by Your Bank. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay in Your services.

You agree that VNB Technologies Pvt Ltd may, by giving notice, in its sole discretion, restrict Your access to the Platform; including without limitation, suspending or terminating the Service, prohibiting access to the Platform and its content, services and tools, and taking technical and legal actions to keep You off the Platform if We, in our sole discretion, reasonably perceive that You are creating any problems, including without limitation, possible legal liabilities, infringement of the intellectual property rights, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Use.

=> Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of this Agreement or earlier determination, the rendering of the Services shall stand immediately terminated by the VNB Technologies Pvt Ltd and the User shall not be entitled to access or avail the Platform.

=> Indemnity

To the full extent permitted by applicable law, You hereby agree to indemnify The VNB Technologies Pvt Ltd, and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and suppliers against any action, liability, cost, claim, loss, damage, proceeding or expense suffered or incurred if direct or otherwise arising from Your use of the Platform, Service, or from Your violation of these Terms.

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, void, or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law, it shall to that extent be deemed omitted, and the balance of this Agreement shall be enforceable in accordance with its terms.

The VNB Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change, add or remove or modify the Platform, the Service, the Terms of Use or any content therein, at any time, with or without notice, in its sole discretion. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, you can stop using the website and the Service.

=> Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

=> Dispute Resolution

The parties shall Endeavour to resolve any dispute or difference arising from this AGREEMENT or any transaction or performance or non-performance under this AGREEMENT, by mutual discussion. Any such dispute or difference, which cannot be so resolved within a period of 30 days then all claims and disputes arising under or relating to this Agreement are to be settled by binding e-arbitration. With an objective resolve the dispute, PDR ORGANIZATION PRIVATE LIMITED (PrivateCourt) shall conduct the e-arbitration and the parties shall be bound by any and all rules of PDR ORGANIZATION PRIVATE LIMITED (PrivateCourt) and any award/decision rendered. Any such arbitration shall be conducted by an experienced arbitrator/lawyer (to be appointed by PDR ORGANIZATION PRIVATE LIMITED (PrivateCourt)) and shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all decisions. An award of arbitration may be confirmed/executed in a court of competent jurisdiction. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad. Entire Arbitration proceedings will be conducted online through e-filing and video conferencing and award will be provided in physical form on appropriate stamp paper.
